I know my 2009 JK has the only engine offer which is the 3.8. And the there is two transmission offered. One is a 4 speed atuomatic and the other is a 6 speed manual. Have fun out there :-)

NO YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THE TOP ON AN FJ BUT YOU CAN ON MB, CJ, YJ, TJ, AND JKs.

Yes, the top comes off. The soft top is standard, and the optional hard top is also removable. Nice thing about the hard top is that the front panels are removable, so you can enjoy the open air feeling and still be able to button it up if you want to park it.

My ‘09 Wrangler Sahara is fantastic around town and very stable and comfortable on the highway. If you like pure functionality combined with a timeless design, this is the way to go.

The FJ is a decent offroad truck but it’s nothing compare to the Wrangler especially in Rubicon trim. I test drove my friend’s FJ and it’s not comparable. My friend even rather drives my Wrangler. However, if you’re just want to use it as a mall cruiser, then get a FJ or Grand Cherokee or something like that. You’re just wasting money on the Wrangler.

Ummm…. What the he||…? At 1:38 in the video it shows the spec sheet and it says “Engine Types: Standard: 2.3-liter inline-4, 160 hp.”

    Toyota FJ in my opinion.

It’s a fun ride but not very comfortable. I have had mine for 1 yr. and are o.k. for short trips, but not for a long haul. Not really comfy in the back either. But it has a bad ass look.

Unless you’re into off-roading Wrangler’s are fun for a weekend and that’s it. More than that you start to feel like the Tarzan you’re not.

I’m either going to get this, the Jeep Wrangler, or the Toyota FJ as my first car. What do you suggest?

The jeep is great when you need them, heavy snow, off road but then it comes to ride and quickness on the hi-way forget it and it’s not that great on gas either

Too bad there’s nowhere good to go off-roading close to where I live, or I’d totally get a Wrangler!
